I conducted style guide workshops to establish the right voice and tone for their brand and collaborated with cross-functional teams from email and paid media to execute marketing campaigns built on storytelling that captures each firm’s unique perspective.
I’ve worked with clients involved in technical disciplines like web development, IT services, health technologies, and data analytics as well as entertainment marketers in the gaming industry, branding specialists, and digital agencies who help mission-driven nonprofits and higher ed. My specialty is translating complex ideas into the kind of narratives that connect brands and businesses with the audiences they need, whether through thought leadership articles and case studies or landing pages, email programs, LinkedIn ads, newsletters, or other assets.
This being the era of AI, I also helped my agency develop a proprietary marketing assistant, testing outcomes from multiple platforms and iterating through results. I’ve also used AI to enhance content development using tools like Claude, which after refining the results from multiple prompts and inputs generates a first-draft structure that allows me to focus on refining the vital details of creating content that’s original, compelling, and human.
